The Company
In 1999, J. Linders established a small and dynamic company called "Linders Bonbons Someren" in the South of The Netherlands in a town called Someren. Where he started the production of luxury handmade chocolates and chocolate articles.
He begins to produce a chocolate range for Hospitality and pastry shops and catering, to provide them delicious delicacies. All this is packaged in bulk or in small luxury boxes of various sizes and weights.
It supplies these chocolates to the hotels, catering wholesalers, bakeries and pastry shops .
Besides the production of luxury chocolates, he soon starts the production of the now famous "Logo Chocolates". These"logo" chocolates are made for different types of businesses including: ICT companies, notary offices, restaurants, holiday parks, CPA firms, banks, tile wholesalers, airlines, Internet and telecommunications, and many other different companies. And these logo chocolates are a guarantee for a nice gift.
There are many different logo chocolates being made, these include the chocolate champagne bottle, the embossed chocolate, and chocolate drops.
Meanwhile the company is growing very fast, thanks to the tremendous success of the "logo" chocolate products and demand from abroad (Germany) the workspace in Someren is not big enough anymore.
Plans are being made to move to a bigger building and location. A piece of land is purchased on an industrial estate (Voerendaal) in South of the Netherlands next to to the German market to provide better service to German customers. After one year the new production building is finished and opens in September 2005.
In 2009 during the international confectionery fair the ISM in Cologne (Germany), Linders Bonbons introduces: Goldleaf Chocolate, pralines made of pure (70%) chocolate, filled with a soft milk chocolate filling, and decorated with 23 carat gold! This was one of the outliers and the international success of that year on the ISM.
Our customers who bought our chocolate present it as a gift to their relations even across international borders.
